Hand-painted mandala on linen.
Made in Nepal.
The mandalas differ greatly in price. The cheapest mandalas have been painted by students from thangka schools. The better the artist is in the use of brush and paint, the higher the quality of the mandala. This can clearly be recognized by the refinement of the technique, the color transitions and the depth effect. The most expensive ones were made by monks who, through their dedication to Buddhism and their years of experience in painting mandalas, create true spiritual works of art. The more expensive mandalas are examples of this. The precision, the symmetry and the depth effect are of such a quality that you can speak of masterpieces.
